Properties and benefits of blond psyllium digestive system

The psyllium integument (or sheath) is very rich in mucilage. The mucilages form, in contact with water, a very soft gelatinous mass. Recommended by the WHO, psyllium facilitates transit and helps relieve constipation by regulating the water content of feces. Helps normalize cholesterol level. Unlike other vegetable laxatives, psyllium is not irritating: therefore, it can be used for prolonged treatments. Finally, taken before a meal, it provides a slight satiety effect that makes it a valuable ally in the context of a weight loss diet.

How to take blond psyllium digestive system?

It is recommended to start with 1 teaspoon daily for several days. Mix well in a large glass of liquid (water, tea, herbal tea) and drink immediately, then drink again, rinsing glass. If necessary, gradually increase the dose to 3-4 tablespoons per day.
