Description
It is a food supplement with brewer's yeast, wheat germ and vitamin E. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative damage.
How to take Brewer's yeast and wheat germ?
It is recommended to take 6 to 12 tablets a day. They can be taken at any time of the day, whole or chewed and accompanied by water, juice or milk. Children over 3 years: take half the amount.
Precautions
Excessive consumption can produce laxative effects.
Composition of Brewer's yeast and wheat germ
Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)(43.87%), Sweetener: xylitol, Wheat germ (Triticum vulgare) (17.47%), Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate ( vitamin E), Aroma: vanillin, Antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols.
For 12 tablets:
Brewer's yeast (3.95 g), Wheat germ (1.57 g), Vitamin E (14.4 mg), Dietary fiber (1.12 g), Proteins (2.16 g).
