This oil applies the intermediate dose, the one most used by most people depending on their age, body weight and type of discomfort (general discomfort, migraines, anxiety, sleep quality, etc.).
How to take CBD oil 10%?
Shake before using. The standard dose is 2 to 3 drops per dose and 3 doses per day. The potency or concentration of the ideal dose is calculated as approximately:
- 0.2-0.5 mg per kilo of weight in mild conditions;
- 0.6-0.8 mg per kilo of weight in moderate conditions;
- 1-1.3 mg per kilo of weight in more serious conditions.
Maximum recommended dose: 200 mg of CBD per day.

May contain traces of THC <0.005% (< LOQ). Keep out of the reach of little kids.
