Properties and benefits of Organic Chamomile (Matricaria) Essence
Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits, seeds, ... How to take Organic Chamomile (Matricaria) Essence?
The following uses are recommended:
Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
Skin: Massage.
Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to room preference or size.
Precautions
It can cause skin irritation in sensitive people. Before using it for massage, do a test.
