How to take Angelica Essential Oil?

It is recommended to use 3 drops Petitgrain + 4 drops Angelica for nightmares. On a base of 30ml of vegetable oil of Sweet Almonds or Hazelnuts. Apply in a gentle massage on the solar plexus.
