Essential Oil of Pranarom Bergamot known for its properties: antibacterial, antispasmodic, carminative, digestive, laxative, calming and sedative variable of the central nervous system.

Properties and benefits of Bergamot Essential Oil

Originally from China, bergamot is part of the rutaceae family, among which are all citrus fruits: lemon, mandarin, grapefruit, orange. The essence obtained by cold pressing has a subtle citrus aroma very pleasant and appreciated by everyone in diffusion.

How to take Bergamot Essential Oil?

It is recommended 2 drops, 3 times a day, on a neutral support, such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.
External: 3 to 4 drops on the arch of the feet, inside the wrists, on the solar plexus or on both sides of the spine.
Natural perfume: 3 drops of bergamot, 1 drop of incense, 1 drop of sandalwood, 2 drops of mandarin and 100 drops of jojoba av.

Precautions

In its pure state it can cause skin irritation (dermocaust). Risk of photosensitization. Do not apply before sun exposure. Keep out of reach of small children. It is advisable to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended serving. Caution during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3 years.

Storage conditions

Keep away from all sources of heat and light.
