Properties and benefits of Bio Balsam Fir Essential Oil

It has analgesic, antiseptic and balsamic properties and is therefore ideal in the case of bronchitis, colds, muscle contractures and rheumatism.

How to take Bio Balsam Fir Essential Oil?

It is recommended in case of cold combining 3 drops Niauli + 4 drops Ravensara + 5 drops Fir Balsamic + 3 drops Thyme Borneol. In a base of 30ml of Sweet Almond Vegetable Oil, apply to chest and back with a gentle massage.

Precautions

Do not use during the first three months of pregnancy. Dermocaustic, always use diluted. Oral use always under prescription.
