    Terpenic is one of my favorite essential oil brands for being safe. Mint for headaches by applying a few drops to the temples, forehead and neck. Also in synergy with other anti-inflammatory essential oils for its analgesic effectiveness in muscle and joint pain. You can also use it for deodorant and even in mouthwashes and toothpaste.

Properties and benefits of Campo Campo Mint Essential Oil

Essential oils are non-greasy substances obtained by distillation, dragged by streams of water vapor or other extraction methods, from the parts of the plant that contain the secretory glands.

How to take Campo Campo Mint Essential Oil?

It is recommended in case of tendinitis: 5 drops Field mint + 5 drops Rosemary + 5 drops Gaulteria, on a basis of 30ml of sweet Almond oil. Apply in a gentle massage.

Precautions

Do not use during pregnancy, lactation, children under 6 years, the elderly or in case of epilepsy.
