Properties and benefits of Clove essential oil

Originally from the Maluku Islands, this 20-meter-tall tree grows on drained tropical marine soils. Its leaves are facing each other and are leathery and perennial. The pink-white flowers are grouped into small, compact and branched inflorescences.

How to take Clove essential oil?

It is recommended to take 2 drops 3 times a day with a neutral support such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.

Precautions

Except for the opinion of a specialist, do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children under 3 years. Avoid contact with the skin if not diluted first. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not exceed recommended serving. It is advisable to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
