How to take Essential Oils to Breathe?

Dissolve 1 capsule in a bowl of non-boiling hot water (about 200 ml - 60 ° C) or in an inhaler and breathe in the vapors for ten minutes. If possible, avoid contact with cold outside air immediately afterwards. Repeat if necessary 2 to 3 times a day.
