Properties and benefits of Frankincense essential oil

Frankincense oil has been used for millennia and worldwide in all places of prayer and meditation to create an atmosphere of serenity.

How to take Frankincense essential oil?

It is recommended to use by the cutaneous way, by diffusion, by drops meditation or by oil dry skin. Cutaneous use: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or depending on the size of the room. Meditation drops: Incense 2 gtts, ylang ylang 1 gtt, bergamot 2 gtts and Sandalwood 1 gtt Spread for 10 to 15 min. per hour. Dry skin oil: Incense 2 gtts and geranium 2 gtts. To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 spoon) of vegetable skin care oil of your choice.

Precautions

External use. Naturally contains d-limonene.
