Properties and benefits of Laurel Essential Oil

Laurel, known since ancient times for crowning the heads of the winners and in the culinary art for being part of the composition of the branch of fine herbs flowers, produces an extraordinary essential oil still little used in aromatherapy. Originally from the Mediterranean basin, this tree, with its smooth dark gray bark, has dark green leaves, shiny on the top, paler on the bottom.

How to take Laurel Essential Oil?

It is recommended to take 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil).
