Lemongrass essential oil is a multifunctional product. It is a product that has a delicious citrus and herbal aroma. It is used to treat various skin problems, repels insects, relaxes and is very helpful for muscle discomfort.

Lemongrass essential oil is recommended for the respiratory tract and for colds and contagious periods.

How to take Lemongrass essential oil?

It can be done in two ways:

  • For the oral route : to treat digestive and urinary problems.
  • For the cutaneous route : relaxing and stress massages. Punctual application points: wrists, solar plexus, soles of the feet.

Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 2 drops - 75 mg.
