Description
Glucomannan or Konjac, is a fiber from the Japanese plant called Amorphophallus konjac. Like all fibers, its ability is due to the ability to satiate the appetite and slow down the absorption of other nutrients such as sugar and fat.
Properties and benefits of Glucomannan
Glucomannan absorbs water, swelling up to several times its normal volume, giving a feeling of fullness and at the same time slowing down the emptying of the stomach; with which the foods that are ingested in the meals are diminished.
Glucomannan also helps control blood sugar and lipoprotein levels. It is recommended in cases of obesity, diabetes, constipation and advanced age.

It is recommended to take 2 capsules half an hour before each meal, with a large glass of water.
