    The product is good as a whole. The taste is pleasant, as well as the texture. The bottle is practical even if a teller would not refuse. For efficiency, I feel an improvement after a week but I do not have enough perspective to state it categorically.

How to take B. St-Joseph + Tov?

It is recommended to be eaten pure, in a tablespoon. It is delicious to consume pure, or mixed with a compote or yogurt. Daily dose: 2 tablespoons (41g).

Precautions
