Description

Food supplement based on:

• Red yeast rice (96.68 mg) à total monocholines 2.9 mg: From red yeast rice. It inhibits the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme, which lowers LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood.
• Policosanol at 16.6 mg: from sugar cane. It inhibits the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme, which lowers LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood (inhibits cholesterol synthesis and uptake in the liver).
• Policosanol and monacolin K act in the same pathway (synergistic effect)
• Milk thistle (Silymarin) at 100mg: antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties.
• Coenzyme Q10 at 10 mg: statins inhibit the production of coenzyme Q10, low levels of coenzyme Q10 are associated with muscle pain, supplementation with coenzyme Q10 would reduce myopathies.
• Chromium at 0.04 mg: promotes the reduction of triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol in the blood.
• Vitamin B1 : contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.
• Birch à 150 mg: anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that prevent the oxidation of LDL cholesterol, preventing its accumulation on the walls of the arteries.
• Olive (Hydroxytyrosol) at 50mg, 10mg (HT): hydroxytyrosol is a polyphenol very present in the olive tree, known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and prevents the formation of atherosclerotic plaque (accumulation of cholesterol on the walls of the arteries).

How to take Controlcol?

Take 1 tablet, after each main meal (2 tablets a day).

Precautions

It should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under 18 years of age, or adults over 70 years of age. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications or if you are consuming other products that contain red yeast rice. If you suffer from any health problem, consult your doctor about the consumption of this product. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
