How to take Liquid Digevis?

We recommend taking it diluted in cold or hot water, once or twice a day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day); mix and sweeten to taste. Recommended before meals. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to consume throughout the day. Shake before use. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
