The product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of Melisa, Passionflower and Valerian, and to reduce tension, restlessness and irritability, thanks to Melisa. Its formulation is completed with Hawthorn.

How to take Sedivitax advanced capsules?
It is recommended to take 2 or 3 capsules at night to facilitate sleep and improve its quality. If necessary, 1 capsule in the morning to reduce daily stress and promote relaxation.
