How to take Zentrum Black Garlic, Olive and Hawthorn?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast and another in the evening with dinner.

Composition of Zentrum Black Garlic, Olive and Hawthorn

Dry extract of Olive leaves (Olea Europaea L.), Dry extract of Hawthorn leaves and flowers (Crataegus oxyacantha auct and Crataegus monogyna Jacq), Dry extract of Black Garlic bulb (Allium sativum L., bulb).

For 2 capsules: Olive (700 mg) (Eq. 4900 mg of plant) titrated to 20% Oleuropein (140 mg), Hawthorn (130 mg) titrated to 1.8% Vitexin (2.3 mg) and 8% Proanthocyanidin (PACs) (10.4 mg), Black Garlic (50 mg) (Eq to 5000 mg of plant) titrated to 1% S-Allyl Cysteine.
