How to take Laxafruit psyllium?

It is recommended to take it as needed throughout the day, preferably between meals. Dissolve one sachet in 200 ml of water.

Dehydrated prune juice (11.64 g), Mallow leaf powder (6 g), 99% pure psyllium fiber (6 g), 95% pure psyllium fiber.
