How to take RespOk Throat Spray?

Water, Sucrose, Humectant: glycerol, Alcohol, Fluid extract of propolis (138 mg), Honey (124 mg), Fluid extract of the flowering aerial part of echinacea (Echinacea purpurea)(49.7 mg), Essential oil of leaf Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata)(9.6 mg), Peppermint whole plant essential oil (Mentha x piperita)(3.9 mg), Rosemary cineole leaf essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)(1.6 mg), Essential oil of the flowering top of Thyme thujanol (Thymus vulgaris)(1.5 mg), Concentrated lemon juice, Emulsifier: soy lecithin.
