Properties and benefits of Soy Isoflavones

Isoflavones contains soy, which is a legume native to Asia, mainly China and the Far East, whose seeds constitute the food base of many Asian populations. They are rich in isoflavones, also called phytoestrogens because they have a chemical structure very similar to these, the most abundant being daidzein and genistein.
