Description

Thyme Essence from Soria Natural is an essential oil for internal and external use.

How to take Thyme Essence?

It is recommended to take 2-4 drops, 2-3 times a day in a teaspoon of honey or sugar. It is convenient to drink water afterwards if the taste is too strong.
In external use:
• Vapors: They can be done in two ways depending on what we use them for:
a) The water should be boiled and let stand for about 3 minutes and then add 5-10 drops of one or more essential oils to the container, inhaling for about 5-10 minutes. A towel is placed over your head and you breathe deeply. Steam inhalation should not be done intensively (withdraw your head from time to time and do not prolong it for more than 5-10 minutes). Eyes should be kept closed to avoid possible irritation.

b) In this case, more importance is given to the temperature of the water. It must be and be kept warm to dilate or "open" the pores of the skin, since this technique is used for cleansing and local cleansing of the skin, especially the face, due to its ease of application. To do this, add 3-5 drops
of an essential oil, in a container with hot water and the vapors are inhaled for approximately 10 minutes.
• Humidifiers or vaporization: Add 3-4 drops in the receptacle of the vaporizer or humidifier.

• Frictions: The essential oil diluted in 70° or 95° alcohol is used, and the affected part is rubbed with this mixture.

• Massage: At a general level, add about 12 drops of essential oil in about 25 mL of pure vegetable base oil. As a percentage, the following proportions could be recommended: from 0.5 to 1% is suitable for facial massage, from 3 to 5% is ideal for a body massage and from 5 to 10% is
only suitable for limited local applications.

• Hair washing: Add 1-2 drops to the shampoo dose.
