Properties and benefits of EAA essential amino acids

Contains the 9 essential amino acids (EAA): phenylalanine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. Amino acids are the basic components of proteins, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

How to take EAA essential amino acids?

It is recommended to mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 300 ml of water or another drink of your choice. Use once a day, preferably before or after training.
