Properties and benefits of Lacticgen

Lactic acid is the result of the metabolism of sugar, it is largely responsible for the fact that in an exercise session we begin to accumulate fatigue and end up retiring.
Lactic acid comes from the breakdown of glucose when there is no oxygen present (glycolytic metabolism), that is, in an anaerobic exercise such as lifting weights, running at high speed, where there is a lot of intensity and we alternate with medium intensity where we do not stop to recover.
But when we follow an exercise with intensity, lactic acid will begin to accumulate by not giving the body time to remove it. This causes the acidification of muscle fibers, which has two important consequences:

• The enzymes responsible for breaking the glucose molecule to obtain energy are inhibited, so the energy tap of this pathway is cut off and as we know, if there is no energy, there is no movement.
• Calcium is prevented from binding to muscle fibers and consequently causing contraction.

Therefore, when there is a lot of lactic acid in the body, we have neither the energy nor the ability to contract the muscles, this is nothing more than fatigue and the best thing we can do is stop the exercise or activity.

How to take Lacticgen?

It is recommended to take 3 capsules before training / competition, other forms of use (during the tests) it is better to do it under the supervision of your Dietitian or Sports Doctor.

It is recommended to use the days that a high intensity training is planned, where we want to reach our maximum, and especially the days of competition.

Precautions
