Description

Crea-Trona from Mega Plus is a food supplement made up of Creapure® and a double buffer system (mixture of sodium carbonate and disodium bicarbonate) that balances the acid synthesis that occurs in sports practice.

Properties and benefits of Crea-Trona 180 capsules

The creatine monohydrate that is part of Creapure® pH 10 increases the concentration of creatine in the cells and, with it, the ability to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the only source of energy for the cells of the body.

The sodium content of the formulation is decisive in the bioavailability and absorption of creatine by muscle cells. This is possible because the absorption of creatine takes place in the small intestine, via processes of active, saturable and electrogenic Na+/Cl-/creatine transport, which is located in the brush border membrane of the intestine.

How to take Crea-Trona 180 capsules?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules before training and 2 after.
