Recuplex

Description

Mega Plus Recuplex is a preparation based on carbohydrates enriched with glutamine, creatine, fructooligosaccharides, vitamins, minerals, branched chain amino acids, citrulline, beta-alanine and taurine. It serves to counteract the wear and tear that has occurred during physical exercise.

Properties and benefits of Recuplex

- Creatine, transports energy to its place of use, helps to maintain the intensity of the exercise for longer. Regulates energy intake through the use of glucose.

- Glutamine favors protein synthesis and prevents muscle catabolism in situations of oxidative stress.

- Fructooligosaccharides have bifidogenic capacity (intestinal flora activators). Muscle development is fueled by branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs: valine, isoleucine, leucine), which at the same time are essential for overall protein metabolism.

- Vitamin B6 facilitates the processes of organic synthesis of certain amino acids. Vitamin B2 or riboflavin is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. The contribution of minerals (Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium) compensates for the loss that occurs during exercise through sweating.

- Taurine is an amino acid that helps care for the heart muscle by maintaining the concentrations of potassium and calcium in it. Along with glutamine, they are considered amino acids that favor hydration, therefore increasing cell volumization.

- ß-alanine is directly related to the increase in carnosine, a substance that is involved in muscle fatigue: its release by our body favors increased resistance to effort and fatigue. Carnosine inhibits the effect of lactic acid generated, improving muscle performance. The formula is completed with citrulline that acts synergistically with ß-alanine to increase the fatigue threshold and speed recovery.

How to take Recuplex?

Dissolve the contents of one sachet (30 g) or 3 measuring scoops (approx. 30 g) in 500 ml of water, shake until dissolved.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children.
