Rutina by Longlife is a rutin supplement for the diuretic action it can find in water retention and cellulite.

Properties and benefits of Rutina

Rutin is a flavonoid derived from quercetin present in rue leaves, citrus fruits, buckwheat and other vegetables.

Although rutin, called vitamin P, is not essential for humans, it boasts important biological properties such as the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities which are mainly reflected in the reduction of the permeability and fragility of the capillaries and in the increase of the resistance of the venous tissue.

How to take Rutina?

It is recommended to take 1-3 tablets a day with water during the meal.
