How to take B complex?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule at lunch, and at dinner.

Composition of B complex

For 2 capsules:

Folic acid (400 μg), Vitamin C (160 mg), Biotin (100 μg), Niacin (32 mg), Vitamin E (24 mg), Pantothenic acid (12 mg), Vitamin B12 (5 μg), Vitamin B2 ( 2.8 mg), Vitamin B6 (2.8 mg).
