It is recommended to take with lunch.

Precautions

Consult your healthcare professional before taking this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are on medication (anticoagulants or anti-inflammatories) or if you have special medical conditions (autoimmune diseases, hyperglycemia, gastrointestinal problems); if you are allergic to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach or tomato). Do not use if you have a history of asthma or allergies.
Discontinue use if symptoms such as headaches, bloating, hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy), nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea occur.
