I have been taking these vitamin C tablets for years. They are very pleasant to take, almost like candy. I like its natural composition. I take them when I have not been able to ingest enough vitamin C throughout the day, for example when I eat away from home, also to improve the assimilation of iron in meals. Even sometimes to wake me up since vitamin C helps to clear and activate you.

Llevo años tomando estos comprimidos de vitamina C. Son muy agradables de tomar, casi como un caramelo. Me gusta su composición natural. Las tomo cuando no he podido ingerir suficiente vitamina C a lo largo del día, por ejemplo cuando como fuera de casa, también para mejorar la asimilación del hierro en las comidas. Incluso a veces para espabilarme ya que la vitamina C ayuda a despejar y te activa.
