Precautions

People consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU)/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels. If you have a thyroid condition or are taking antithyroid medications, do not use them without consulting your doctor. If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, or have a bleeding disorder, consult your healthcare provider before taking this product. Keep out of the reach of children.

Composition of Vitamins D & K

Per 1 capsule: Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (125 mcg), Vitamin K (2100 mcg) of which Vitamin K1 (phytonadione) (1000 mcg), Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-4) (1000 mcg), Vitamin K2 (trans menaquinone-7) 100 µg, Iodine (organic extracts of seaweed and bladderwrack, potassium iodide) 1000 µg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, modified starch, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, silica.
