How to take Nanoemulsified D3K2?

Take 1 pump by mouth once daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meats.

Stabilizer glycerol, water, ethanol, emulsifier polysorbate 80, medium chain triglycerides, phospholipids (from purified sunflower seed lecithin), orange (Citrus sinensis) and lemon (Citrus limon) peel oils, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), natural flavoring, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2)

Vitamina D (as cholecalciferol [D3]) 62,5 µg, Menaquinone MK-7 (Vitamin K2) 90 µg.
