Description

Chickpea and rice miso does not contain soy and is the most Mediterranean miso. It is a substitute for low salt diets.

Indication

Unpasteurized, minimum fermentation 3 months. Made with organic rice and salt from the Ebro Delta Natural Park and chickpeas from Castilla la Mancha.

Intake mode

Recommendations for use:

  • Add a tablespoon to any soup and you have miso soup. Add with the heat off to maintain probiotic properties. Stir well to dissolve the miso.
  • In vinaigrettes and sauces it provides a greater depth of flavor.
  • As a salt substitute, it will allow the same salinity to be achieved with a lower salt intake.

Precautions

May contain traces of gluten.

Storage conditions

In a cool and dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, store in a refrigerator between 2ºC and 6ºC. It is a live product, unpasteurized, the color will vary over time, becoming dark.
