Description
The first vegan allioli with a chickpea base (aquafaba) as an alternative to eggs and a traditional flavor.
Indication
It has the same flavor as aioli with egg, it is soft and does not repeat! The production process is artisanal and with ecological, natural and 100% plant based ingredients. We do not add sugars, colorings, or refined oils. Neither soy, egg nor lactose. We make this aioli with the power of plants! Aquafaba is the egg alternative thanks to its functional properties. Its creamy texture and mild flavor will surprise you and everyone at home will like it! Enjoy it!
As we do not add any additives to the chickpeas, the aquafaba (the chickpea cooking broth) also does not contain any additives (antioxidants, sequestrants, etc.).
Intake mode
Ideal to accompany some bravas, a vegetable burger, with vegetables, fideuá and wherever you like most.
