Description
This new DANIVAL white miso is made in France by our brewer according to an ancient traditional Japanese method. Its short fermentation is natural (between 3-4 days depending on the season) and noble (without additives). Our farmer harvests the soybeans in France and the rice comes from Italy.
This miso, with a creamy and almost sweet texture, is an easy miso to consume and use in your daily cooking. It is used in many recipes, both savory and sweet.
Intake mode
White miso (shiromiso) is the sweetest of all misos. It is used as an aid in the kitchen to give smoothness and softness to all daily meals.
White miso (shiromiso) is simply stirred into soups and marinades, it is also suitable for more sophisticated sweet and savory recipes.
In fact, with its delicate sweet and sour taste, white miso (shiromiso) is popular with: puddings, brownies, cheesecake, etc.
Storage conditions
Open 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Store in a dry place and positive room temperature.
After opening: Store in the refrigerator once opened and consume within 2 months.
