The Tahin Pur Sesame Bio from Lima is a multipurpose puree, composed of whole sesame seeds roasted at low temperature and finely ground. Thanks to the roasting, a better flavor is obtained and the humidity level, which is necessary for good conservation, is greatly reduced. Sesame is renowned for its high nutritional value: it is a source of protein, is rich in fiber, has a high content of Phosphorus, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, is rich in Selenium and is source of Potassium.

Intake mode
