    Excellent product, I am satisfied.

    Prodotto eccellente, sono soddisfatto, cambierei il corriere che mi ha dato problemi, mi hanno chiamato mentre si trovavano in tutt'altra zona della città, perché hanno sbagliato a scrivere il mio indirizzo, alla fine sono dovuto andare io a ritirarlo in zona industriale. Al momento del ritiro il pacco era già completamente aperto.

Description

Sake kasu is a cream of rice resulting from the production of sake. It is very good to counteract the excess of protein flavor (Kusami) that some meats and fish give and to make soups (Kasu jiru).

Indication

It is very interesting gastronomically because it adds a slight aroma of sake to the dishes.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use it to marinate fish. In winter if we mix it with water and heat, we can taste a wonderful amazake sake kasu and in summer try to make an ice cream with a sake flavor.
