Description
The organic Shio koji is a 100% rice miso that allows you to add flavor or umami to your dishes in the most natural way possible. Shio koji is the perfect substitute for salt.
Indication
For each serving of salt that a recipe says, try adding 2 servings of shio-koji, it will not only increase the flavor of your dishes (umami), but we will also make it more beneficial for health, since the salt intake will be less.
Intake mode
Instant is recommended: spread the meat or fish, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes, remove the excess shio koji and cook. We will be amazed with the results.
