My favorite tamari. It is rich, concentrated, well salted and super aromatic. Compared to others like the one from the Veritas brand, there is a huge difference, while the others are more diluted and soft/bland in terms of flavor, this one multiplies its intensity x10.

My favorite tamari sauce. It is very difficult to find in Spain long-fermented soy sauces in barrels as is done in Japan, almost all of those that are sold have a rapid artificial fermentation process. Being more concentrated than a normal soy sauce, it has a double use: as is for stews such as ramen or udon; And as a garnish or accompaniment to sushi, in this case I lighten it a bit with citrus juice, sake or white wine.
