Description
Umeboshi paste from Mimasa, fermented Umé plums with crushed sea salt. A good option to consume this food in a different way: in a sauce, as a salad dressing.
100% vegetable.
Indication
Umeboshi paste, also known as bainiku, is made by removing the pit from the umé plum and grinding the flesh of the plum. It comes from the umé that do not meet the size and shape conditions required by the market. Since the effectiveness of Mimasa umeboshi paste is equal to that of umeboshi, it can be used for the same purposes.
The presentation in the form of pasta allows easy preparation of condiments and sauces. Its use is more comfortable in the preparation of salad sauces, in substitution of vinegar, pâtés, spread on a slice of bread, etc. By diluting a little Mimasa umeboshi paste in a cup of Mimasa kukicha tea, you get an excellent tonic for the body that aids digestion.
Intake mode
Take a level teaspoon directly or spread it on a slice of bread. It can be used to prepare sauces and vinaigrettes.
Ingredients
Umé plum 74%, sea salt 16%, umeboshi vinegar 10%.
