Description
Lima's Shoyu Mild is a soy sauce, crafted from soy and wheat, that enhances dishes with its unique umami taste. Made with deep respect for Japanese traditions and quality, our Shoyu sauces offer a milder taste compared to Tamari. For over 50 years Shoyu has been part of the Lima assortment, ensuring a time-tested flavor experience and quality.
Intake mode
Shoyu should be added at the end of the preparation process, to avoid prolonged heating and maintain its delicious flavour. Shoyu works well with pickles, wok dishes, rice, noodles, sushi, sashimi or steamed vegetables. It is delicious in combination with mirin (rice wine), wasabi or grated daikon.

Store in a cool, dry place.
